Sanjida and Nayan’s wedding at Balbirnie House in Fife was easily one of my favourite weddings to photograph.

Sanjida wore a beautiful red bridal sari, while Nayan wore a traditional Scottish kilt. I absolutely loved how Sanjida chose to have everyone else dressed in white, making her red outfit stand out even more. It was such a beautiful contrast, and the photographs were stunning.

We couldn't have asked for better weather either. After the indoor ceremony, everyone headed out into the gardens for sunshine, ice cream and lots of laughter. The day ended with a brilliant ceilidh, bringing everyone together on the dance floor.

I remember going through their photographs afterwards and loving every single moment we captured. Such a beautiful celebration of two cultures, and one I’m so glad I got to be part of.
